Social Committee - Operating Procedures
The recommended number of members for the Social Committee is
a minimum of five (5). The Vice President is the Trustee assigned
to this committee. The committee is charged with:
- Planning, organizing and directing social and fund-raising
activities which involve the Ponderosa’s facilities, other
than those fund-raising activities which have been assigned
to the Treasurer.
- Providing planned activities and budget proposal for the coming year to the Board by August 31, and accounting for all expenditures to the bookkeeper at each month end. Committee reports of activities are to be given to the Association Manager after each event for posting at the Office, the Clubhouse and on the website.
