Governing Documents




    1. Managed PCC office on a daily basis
      1. Answered emails and phone calls.
      2. Met with maintenance employees.
      3. Kept information up to date and posted on bulletin boards.
    2. Facilitated the repair of main Ponderosa pumping system.
      1. Worked with Paul and Tony to restore pumps.
      2. Worked with Paul and Bill Schmidt on new design.
      3. Continuing to work on final fix for system.
    3. Working with Bill Schmidt to finalize Emergency Water System.
      1. Design is complete as of August 30th.
      2. New pumps and motors to be order in September.
      3. Currently waiting on Health Department Review.
    4.  Met with CVB & BOA to renew CD’s.
      1. Made deposits of most recent dues received.
      2. Obtained schedule of CD renewals.
      3.  Renewed 2 CD’s that came due.
    5.  Continued to work on first Ponderosa Group Email List
      1. Added new members as we received their information.
      2. Sent out two group emails in August 08.
      3. Problem solved emails that were returned to us as not good.
    6. Facilitated the transition of Tony out of Caretaker position.
      1. Put together Caretaker application packets.
      2. Met with three potential applicants.
      3. Met with Jeanne to go over hiring for the position.
      4. Hired a part time person to work with Paul in September.
    7. Facilitated Workshops and Board meetings for Board.
      1. Scheduled and set up clubhouse for meetings.
      2. Provided needed reports for both meetings.
      3. Emailed Association Manager & Financial Reports.
    8. Processed homeowner dues and did check deposits.
      1. Opened, copied and recorded all invoices.
      2. Listed all checks and deposited in CVB.
      3. All invoices to Nancy for Quick Books recording.
      4. Revised Lien Letter per Terry McCauley.
    9. Met with greenbelt committee on August 30th.
      1. Scheduled work for month of September.
      2. Worked with Duane to haul wood chips to needed sites.
      3. Facilitated the placement of new signage on Bridge Trail.
    10. Sent documents for website updates.
      1. Monthly Association Manager Reports.
      2. Monthly Financial Reports.
      3. Reports from greenbelt committee.
    11. Met with Paul Johansen & Tony Viera regarding roads & water.
      1. Set up schedule for summer water & roadwork.
      2. Scheduled 3 new Ponderosa Water Hookups for August.
      3. Had to make 4 emergency water repairs in August.
    12. Met with Mike Reed to work on Ponderosa Insurance needs.
      1. Applied for a new non-profit insurance program.
      2. Received a quote for new program on August 25th.
    13. Met with Thoroughbred owners, Pat Green & Forsgren.
      1. Pat Green to start on Road Project on September 15th.
      2. Dan Howell, Forsgren Engineer, to supervise project.
    14. Sent out 20 final Lien notices on August 11th.
      1. 13 homeowners have paid or set up payment plans.
      2. 7 homeowners have not contacted office as instructed.
